BJD Ai Dolls
This little doll was created to live with collectors - she is not a toy.
Jun Planning was a Japanese doll company that has been in the fashion doll market for several years before it went bust early in 2009.
JP was was well-known for its Pullip Dolls.
In 2007, JP introduced BJDs, the Ai (which is tiny sized - approx 12.5cm in height). The Ai dolls are plastic, not resin,.
Their heads are made of similar material to Pullip heads.
Ai dolls are very collectible despite the leaning to fashion dolls rather than other BJDs. They are similar in size to Pocket Fairies.
The Ai comes already painted, with a costume, eyes, and wig instead of other lines who sell the dolls nude with the intention of them being customized.
What’s BJD's Ai?
She shows a different expression every day,
Love her with all your will…
BJD’s Ai is minimum class like ‘’Fit in the palm of your hand’’ ball-jointed dolls.
Every model design is based on floral language.
She has 3 different face reactions.
Ball-jointed dolls are articulated with ball and socket joints.
In contemporary usage when referring to modern dolls and particularly when
using the acronyms BJD or ABJD,
it usually refers to modern Asian
ball-jointed dolls.

BALL JOINTED DOLL Q-730- Black Baccara
Floral Language of Black Baccara is ‘’You are mine’’
Black Baccara BJD’s Ai Doll comes with her own tiny version of herself.
She wears a halo of black roses and dressed in a black christening gown.
‘’The blackest rose of them all’’.
The only true black colored rose available in the industry today!
In the 19th century, the language of flowers became popular. In this code, black roses to most people
signify death, or hatred. But it really means farewell and overcoming of a long hard journey.
They were often used at funerals. A single black rose might be sent by a close friend, and or loved one leaving
for a war or on a journey from which he did not expect to return.
An alternate meaning is ‘Pure Devotion’ since a true black rose is impossible to produce.
